Rebel uses a slightly modified version of OIDN (Intel's Open Image Denoise) library to improve Baked lightmaps. This PR applies Rebel branding to the changes made to the OIDN library, which includes updating the patch file (thirdparty/oidn/patches/rebel-changes.patch) used to apply the changes made to make it simpler to understand what the changes are.
