Rewrite DAEMON.md for unified daemon + pick-role.py architecture

DAEMON.md is fundamentally stale. It describes the old four-daemon architecture. Needs full rewrite:

• Replace "Four Daemons" with unified daemon + 5 roles
• Add pick-role.py to the flow diagram
• Add ACHIEVE role section
• Mark daemon-review.sh and daemon-overseer.sh as deprecated
• Document NIGHTSHIFT_FORCE_ROLE
• Add scripts/pick-role.py and docs/ops/ROLE-SCORING.md to file tables
• Remove "Running All Three" section (obsolete)
• Update session lifecycle diagram
