…task #61) The healer agent call in daemon.sh never worked -- $(cat) shell expansion mangled markdown containing backticks and $ characters. Removed the separate healer block from daemon.sh and persist_healer_changes from lib-agent.sh. Added Step 6n "Observe the System" to evolve.md as a builder step that runs before Generate Work (now Step 6o). Updated 5 tests to verify new architecture.
CLAUDE.md: "between sessions" -> "within each session" for builder healer description. DAEMON.md: healer agent references -> builder observation step (Step 6n).
