Is there any way to do when you press power button phone dont turn off but instead the screen goes black and when I press power button again the windows screen appears. Sorry for bad English i'm from Poland

Can you change that from power settings in control panel?

Open notepad, paste the text into notepad, File > Save, name it power.cmd. Boot phone to mass storage mode, copy the power.cmd file into Windows 10 ARM drive. Boot into Windows 10 ARM and run power.cmd as admin.

Is there any way to do it wihout pc for example with sd card and then create power.cmd in phone?

Yes but if you really want to type all of that using the tiny keyboard then just type them into admin cmd.
