OP Items

Adds 34 deliberately overpowered craftable Luanti/Minetest items. Every craft recipe uses only:

• group:stick
• group:tree logs
• group:wood planks

When Minetest Game's creative inventory is active, these items also appear in a separate OP Items tab.
