What/Why/How?

Show more details about error thrown during running push/push-status command.

It's hard to understand the underlying error that leads to fetch failed error and the only details are

✗ File upload failed. Reason: Failed to push. fetch failed

Added more details:

✗ File upload failed. Reason: Failed to push. Failed to fetch. Caused by AggregateError. Code: ECONNREFUSED
