If you don't mind, please try to combine pull request features from #80 and #81. The reason I ask is if I go to review this branch without #81, I see a help tab, but the page runs a 404 error because there is no page implementation from #81
In summary:
- Combine features from #80 and #81 in a new pull request
- Give the help page a light mode background with an appropriate banner color in the Bengal color theme.
I will provide this in #81 as well.
