beta-1.0.0: GUI & Plugin update

The shadow archives use a method of compiling all dependencies into one file.

The jar file is the library itself.

A jar file with a fat label is compiled together with all dependencies at once, similar to shadow archives.

To write your own plugin, you need to use the templates from the folder /examples/.
