How long until my OpenStreetMap edits show up in Helios?

It varies quite a bit, and here is why. When you edit OpenStreetMap, other services are not updated instantly. Helios draws its map from OpenFreeMap, which vectorizes OpenStreetMap data on its own schedule.

So your edit has to travel through both. If you are lucky and edited just before OpenFreeMap's next export, it can show up in a few days. If not, it can take one to two weeks. There is unfortunately no way to force it, it is just a matter of the two services syncing.
