Alpha test build.

• Touching buildings now merge into one prism per connected group before extruding, so the shared junction wall no longer glitches (home parts and neighbours merged within their own set; convex outline, so a concave L/T notch is slightly filled).
• Clock: bars replay their grow animation when returning to the tab.
• Clock ground hour labels back up to 14px (non-bold).
