Add workflow profile model and editor

I’m starting work on this issue now. I’ll first inspect the Sprint 6 technical plan and the existing instance/workflow code paths, then implement the workflow profile persistence and UI editing support with focused tests before opening a PR.

I’ve read the issue and existing discussion. I’m continuing from the current symphony/57 worktree, checking the Sprint 6 technical plan plus the existing workflow/profile changes already present locally, then I’ll run the relevant build and test suite before publishing the PR.

Implementation review is complete and validation is green locally: dotnet build Conductor.slnx --no-restore passed with 0 warnings, and dotnet test Conductor.slnx --no-build passed all 183 tests. I’m committing the workflow profile model/editor changes now, then I’ll rebase on latest main, push, and open the PR.

CI/CD was green before merge:

• Validate documentation passed
• build-test passed

Local validation after rebasing on latest main also passed:

• dotnet build Conductor.slnx --no-restore (0 warnings)
• dotnet test Conductor.slnx --no-build (207 tests passed)
