Implement WORKFLOW.md generator

I’ve started implementation for issue #58. I’ll first inspect the workflow profile/release/import flow, then add a generator service for local and Docker path-aware WORKFLOW.md output, wire it into instance creation where appropriate, add tests, and post back PR updates once code is in a ready state.

Implemented: added WorkflowGenerator + IWorkflowGenerator in src/Conductor.Core/Application/Workflows/WorkflowGenerator.cs, unit coverage in ests/Conductor.Core.Tests/WorkflowGeneratorTests.cs, and changelog entry in docs/changelog.md. I’ve validated the change with dotnet build and dotnet test (all passing). Next I’m preparing the PR and will post it after rebasing onto latest main.

Resolved and merged: PR #168 is now merged. Implemented WorkflowGenerator (Docker/local path handling + prompt extraction/fallback), added unit tests, updated changelog, fixed docs trailing whitespace for CI, and verified dotnet build, dotnet test, and ./scripts/validate-docs.ps1 passed.
