I’ve started work on issue #60. I’m implementing per-instance folder layout creation (config/logs/runtime/symphony-data under InstanceRoot), wiring it into instance creation flows, and adding tests to verify directories are created and paths persisted. I’ll report back with the exact changes and PR details once complete.

I’m looking into this now. I’m reading the issue context and current branch changes first, then I’ll validate the implementation, add any missing tests/docs, and open a PR once the branch is clean.

I’ve finished reading issue #60, the current comments, linked PR metadata, and the sprint/source docs. There are no linked closing PRs yet. I’m now tightening the implementation and running the repo’s CI-equivalent validation (restore, warning-as-error build, test, format, and docs validation) before publishing the PR.
