Help: Please help me with Reloaded II Stuck in Loop issue <X>

Recently whenever i try to run P3R using reloaded ii it always crashes. so i decided to do a clean install. rest of the mods seem to download okay but when i tried to download costume framework, the stuck in loop issue started to occur. when i deleted that folder and installed it manually, it still popped up. so i once again reinstalled reloaded ii and installed the mods and tools (except costume framework) manually and it ran without any problem. when i manually installed Costume Framework, the issue popped up again.

@GriMOxO Can you please send your game's crash log here, you should be able to click a view logs button on the home screen of Reloaded-II

@TheBestAstroNOT its fine man i even waited till now wondering if the issue was fixed in its own way and tried fresh and its still making the game crash
