Also had the Austin 2subpop model determine total population size in east and west, and then replaced all per capita formulas so that it used these variables.
Updated vaccination schedules to reflect new additions to code: that now can set how long until fully immune and that code will calculate initial immunity.
Reconfirmed and updated as needed all 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 parameters.
