This a student project aimed to practice online collaboration on project. The underlying problem to simulate, analyze and visualize the spreading of an infectious disease in a social network. We consider the following models:
- generating a network with different topologies
- modeling opinion formation concerning vaccination
- modeling the spreading of an infectious disease with the SEIR model
