🚀 PR: Add Scroll-to-Top Feature on About Us Page
📌 Description
This PR introduces a Scroll-to-Top button on the AboutUs.html page to improve user navigation and overall user experience.
The button appears after the user scrolls down the page and allows smooth scrolling back to the top with a single click.

🔝 Floating Scroll-to-Top button
🎯 Appears after scrolling 300px
🎨 Styled to match existing ExpenseFlow UI
🌊 Smooth scrolling animation
📱 Fully responsive design
⚡ Does not interfere with existing cursor trail effects
🛠️ Changes Made
Added Scroll-to-Top button HTML before closing tag
Added CSS styling in aboutus.css
Added JavaScript logic for:
Scroll detection
Show/hide animation
Smooth scroll behavior
📷 UI Behavior
Button remains hidden initially
Becomes visible after scrolling down
Smoothly scrolls to top when clicked
🧪 Testing
✅ Tested on desktop view
✅ Tested on mobile view
✅ Verified compatibility with existing scripts
✅ No console errors
