Thumbnail service does not accept the .jpeg extension

Thumbnailing works for .jpeg now.

As it turns out, we we kind of relying on the fact that the error image was not returned. We are now getting an ugly error image on the details page of folders. Probably needs to be fixed in the JS, detect non-HTTP-200.

Confirmed. In the test stack I also get the ugly error image on .txt files.
