Split the supported chains table by chain for readability #56

Description

Problem

The Supported Chains page is difficult to browse on narrow screens due to the large number of columns and rows. People without trackpads must use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the table, but since the row headers and column headers can't be frozen, the person loses track of the column/row of interest.

Proposed Solution

Split the table into smaller tables, by chain.

## Supported Contracts on Ethereum Mainnet (Chain ID: 1)

| Smart Contract Name |    Supported?    |
|---------------------|------------------|
| ERC20FeeProxy       ||
| Other contracts...  ||

## Other chains...

Considerations.

Should we combine the contract addresses and supported chains pages?

Yes.
