This release re-baselines the app to MSFS 2024 SU6/SU7 beta, refines Dynamic FG integration, automates RTSS frozen data detection and recovery, provides admin privilege mismatch safeguards, enhances spike protection diagnostics, reduces log clutter and provides broad reliability fixes.

MSFS 2024 Support

• Rolled application baseline for MSFS 2024 to SU6 formal release (and SU7 beta) and updated default memory offsets.
• Removed redundant code that displayed SU5.1 in non-expert mode.

Dynamic Frame Generation (DynFG) & Graphics Mode

• Changed DynFG to automatically use MSFS FPS as its data source, as RTSS cannot supply the base FPS required for dynamic frame generation.
• Forced MSFS FPS source mode now activates automatically and reliably when dynamic FG is detected via the graphics-mode name.
• Updated status line to display DynFG (and DynFG 1X when dynamic FG is active with Auto graphics mode) instead of Man FG.
• Reordered MSFS state logic so that FPS reset and settle upon returning focus to MSFS occurs after the graphics mode updates, ensuring the correct mode is applied.
• Refined focus-transition handling to reset short-term FPS trend data only when returning focus to MSFS while FG or Man FG is actively multiplying FPS.
• Fixed an issue where Frame Generation was not always detected following a graphics mode change.

RTSS Frozen Data Detection & Recovery

• Added automatic detection of frozen RTSS frame-time data (e.g., swapchain latching when switching between 2D FG and VR, or during swapchain recreation) when using RTSS as the FPS source or with Spike Protection enabled:
  • Displays an RTSS❄️ status icon and a dismissible warning.
  • Automatically falls back to MSFS FPS as the active source.
  • Attempts to automatically restart RTSS to clear frozen shared-memory data if AutoFPS is running as Administrator.
• Fixed an issue where frozen RTSS data was not detected when MSFS was already set as the FPS source.

Privilege & Elevation Handling

• Added window-title suffix Admin and startup logging when AutoFPS is running elevated.
• Added non-suppressible installer warning and compatibility-test failure guidance advising users to run AutoFPS without administrative privileges.
• Fixed an unhandled exception when MSFS could not be attached due to running at a higher privilege level than AutoFPS, clarifying the error message to indicate an elevation mismatch.

Memory Offset & Compatibility Testing

• Memory compatibility test failures now automatically clear and reset saved offsets, ensuring the next run re-tests using default values.
• Added logging of the selected memory offset when a previously saved pass is found.
• Simplified compatibility test failure advisory messages and added a PC reboot recommendation step.

Spike Detection & Diagnostics

• Re-introduced the spike-protection UI panel (multiplier textbox, frame-time record button, and spike status) when both Spike Protection and Log+ are enabled.
• Added a status message indicating when the app is awaiting flight-session frame-time data.
• Refined periodic spike diagnostics with 1-decimal-place multiplier logging, spike summaries, and spike recovery TLOD amounts.

Logging & Diagnostic Refinements

• Added transition logging for MSFS active window changes and pause/resume states.
• Refined graphics-mode logging to clearly indicate active/inactive FG states, dynamic FG detection, and active multipliers.
• Significantly reduced log clutter by showing RTSS "not running", "frame-time unavailable", and "data stale (< 5s)" messages only on their initial occurrence.
• Disabled redundant high-frequency logging (including "no spikes detected", per-spike intervals, cluster debug formation, instant frame-time arrays, and initial 10s buffer data).
