docs: apply the didactic review across the wiki
Simpler, more concrete narrative in every page: plain-language glosses for terms used before they are explained, interview answers that open with the answer, duplicated explanations collapsed into links, narrated evidence removed, stale Giphy-key passages updated to the proxy setup, technical fixes (private fields and the console, iconSize, viewBox, effect writes, localStorage with SSR). Structural: G8 moved after G15 and G5 trimmed, CI/CD moved to the end of the recommended route, Prettier/ESLint moved from Home to formato-del-codigo, Formularios section in the cheat sheet.
