Web Trigger: Create call - failure but call worked

When I use Web Trigger to make a call, call worked but result display is failure.

@anhntnguyen , i confirmed the issue. I'm currently trying to figure out whether this is an RVD flaw or it's Restcomm that returns wrong HTTP status to RVD when the call is created.

This is indeed an issue as our API calls can't tell if things are working or not...

hmm, issue does not occur either locally or on staging. Digging further...
