Remove obsolete functionality in storage and Project rest api

Some parts are now obsolete. They are not used and they further create couplings with filesystem.

• Remove project listing API and all related utility methods. It's not used, it's very slow and does not scale.
• Remove other parts of FsProjectStorage that are not used.
