STDISCM-P3 Consumer

• Partner producer github can be found at: https://github.com/TheBanana03/STDISCM-P3-Producer
• Modifying the launchSettings.json can be convenient for switching between localhost and the server IP
• The project is currently assumed to run through Visual Studio.
• The server IP is the Wi-Fi adpater IPv4 address that can be found using 'ipconfig' in command line
• The application requires the Producer partner to receive video files which can then be previewed or viewed.
