"Want to Play" button for Events

Now that Events have their own pages, it would be nice to tag them "Want to Play" like we can games. It seems like a natural feature for perpetual events, and could even serve as a helpful reminder for ongoing, limited events. The only trick is accounting for limited events that have come to an end. The button arguably shouldn't appear for them, and the event removed or hidden from the "Want to Play" list.

To extend off this, it'd be cool to see an "Event Progress" sidebar segment on user profiles like the current "Completion Progress" that show's progress for events you are taking part in.
