Crash when using chunk loader on VS Ship

I set up these auto roaming missiles using Control Craft cruiser vehicle AI. I also gave the missiles a chunk loader from Control Craft. While playing, my game randomly crashed. I'm not sure if it was caused by the missile exploding and breaking the chunk loader?

ai ships does not need chunk loader, they load themselves by fake players

But you need to ./cai join and ./cai spawn them

oh, I did not know this. I have not found many tutorials for Control Craft.
