+## ⚙️ What Needs Configuration (5 minutes each)

+**Quick Setup:**
+1. Go to https://giscus.app/
+2. Enter your repo name
+3. Get the IDs
+4. Update `hugo.toml` lines 60-63
+5. Change `enabled = true` on line 53
+
+**OR disable for now:**
