Summary

Treat missing OpenAPI OAuth authorizationUrl as null when decoding source config.
Add a migration to backfill authorizationUrl: null for stored OpenAPI OAuth configs missing the key.
Add a client-credentials regression test that exercises the migrated stored shape.
