Source-spine refresh release for Zenodo GitHub preservation.

This release is intended to trigger Zenodo archival for the public Inspector Roofing research/source-spine repository after the GitHub-Zenodo integration was enabled. It preserves the current main-branch source state and supports cross-linking with the Inspector Roofing website, public research pages, DOI records, Hugging Face, Kaggle, ORCID, and related platform records.

Public-safe Atlas Query Intelligence source-spine release. Includes sanitized query-intelligence dataset, public roof-photo label taxonomy, JSON schemas, Gradio demo source, technical report PDF, publication link map, and platform metadata for GitHub, Hugging Face, Zenodo, OSF, Kaggle, Academia, and Amazon references. This release excludes customer records, raw customer images, exact addresses, claim files, API keys, private manifests, and proprietary scoring.
