Discussion

• Are there any more API calls that we need to develop for our server?
• How will we validate all the API calls? Which of these validations will be done on the frontend?
• Thinking about which features of lower priority that we could include in our application.

Notes

• Decided to add the chat to the application. This makes the application more social and provides some form of communication for discussing songs to add to the lobby.
• The backend will need to validate everything. The frontend can also provide its own validation for certain things. But the server will be the backup for somehow there is a bypass through frontend.
• Develop the chat using Socket-io.
• The users that added the songs will be able to delete them. Also, the users that added a lobby will be able to delete that lobby.

Allocation of tasks

• Allen - Add validation to the server API calls. Add these validations to be tested in MochaJS.
• Richard - Start work on Socket-io to develop the chat.
• Edward - Bug fixes with Mongoose.
• Brian - Develop the lobby selection page. This also includes adding lobbies.
