Discussion

• Discuss how to achieve syncing. What should the user be able see?
• Would the user be able to play or pause. What happens when a user plays or pauses?
• How will be test server side API calls?
• How will we store our data? MongoDB vs SQL

Notes

• Research how to get current timestamp, sync music
• Auth is a pain, same goals as last week for authentication.
• Figure out postman auth testing
• MongoDB for storage.

Allocation of tasks

• Allen - Add some styling for easier frontend development. This will not be finalized until later when we confirm the mockup.
• Richard - Try to connect Postman to our application. Connect our server to a MongoDB database.
• Edward - Develop endpoints for lobbies
• Brian - Working with Richard to authenticate lobbies and other calls.
