Describe the bug
This release https://github.com/RicoSuter/NSwag/releases/download/v14.3.0/NSwag.zip is a zip inside another zip, which broke scoop update of NSwagStudio: ScoopInstaller/Extras#15207
Version of NSwag toolchain, computer and .NET runtime used

To Reproduce
Download https://github.com/RicoSuter/NSwag/releases/download/v14.3.0/NSwag.zip to NSwag.14.3.0.zip and list contents using 7zip:
