You can get the latest release from GitHub and Run flatpak install io.github.riemarukarurosu.ZTManager.flatpak

How to get the ZeroTier Token

You can get the token with this command: sudo cat /var/lib/zerotier-one/authtoken.secret

Why app is not getting the token by default

It would require to break the flatpak sandbox.
