Chewing-dict: A simple tool for generating chewing dictionary file with chewing-utils's format.

Requirement(s):
	g++ or clang++
	If you want to build a binary-format dictionary file, need chewing-utils.

Building and running:
	$ make
	$ ./convert raw_file.txt


ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
	We use libchewing project's file: phone.cin 
	<(_ _)>
