Is it possible to get unclustered annotations on current screen?

I'd like to know if it's possible to get all annotations on current screen for certain zoom level? Thanks.

Thinking about the problem, the best option may be to use a very large cell size (possibly the full screen size) then unpack the grouped clusters that are returned.
