Small fixes and a new setting to reopen the last book on startup.

As I told a couple of patches ago, I'm planning to slow down the release cadence, so expect bugfixes or small features for a while :)

New Features

• #140: added a global reopen last book setting so startup can either open the last-read book automatically or stay in the library.

Bug Fixes

• #141: fixed EPUB text-align: right and text-align: center rendering when publisher CSS block margins also move the line start.
• #142: enabled EPUB inline GIF decoding and fixed centered/right-aligned EPUB ornaments when publisher block margins shift the line start or the ornament is the only paragraph content.
