[Bug] 'Accounts and wallets' button aria-label is in English when app is in Chinese

Description

The wallet selector button in the dashboard top-left has aria-label "Accounts and wallets" in English.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open wallet dashboard in Chinese
2. Inspect the 钱包 fix: adjust header menu and dapp layout #1 button

Expected Behavior

Label should be in Chinese.

Actual Behavior

Label reads "Accounts and wallets"
