macOS: test “open in editor” behavior (Shift+E / Cmd+E)

Looking for feedback from macOS users on the open in editor feature.

Expected behavior

• Shift+E → select / configure the editor
• Cmd+E → open the current Markdown file in the selected editor

What to check

• Does Shift+E correctly allow editor selection?
• Does Cmd+E open the file in the selected editor?
• Which terminal and editor are you using?
• Any errors or unexpected behavior?

Tested on Linux/Windows/Android, needs confirmation on macOS.
