Combo Box: Custom value for each item

I have a setting that is indexed from -1, not 0 that I wish to assign to a combobox, but can't currently due to this limitation.

(Also, I hope I'm not bothering you by opening these tickets, just trying to think of things that could be useful not only for me, but others as well who come to use the library)

I think it defaults to what the value is, so if it's not set it defaults to 0.

I guess this would mean giving each item its own value. Will have to think about this one.
