core: route cvector malloc/realloc/memmove through Nuklear's allocator#201
Merged
Conversation
Uses a fat-pointer scheme (each allocation prefixed with its size) so that malloc, free, and realloc all go through NK_CONSOLE_MALLOC/FREE without needing stdlib. Implements memmove as a direction-aware copy to handle overlapping regions. Fixes #194.
