Possible enhancement to enable setting a label field in the QR Code that Google Authenticator can use

Just wondering if you've considered adding the ability to specify the optional "Label" field for a 2fa QR code that Google's Authenticator supports? Or does this impact the compatibility of the QR Code for other authenticator apps?

It is the issuer param.

For sure, but setting the "Issuer" was NOT what my question was about, I was asking if TwoFactorAuth supports setting the "Label" option for a TOTP qr code as one can see here:

Provision a TOTP key for user joesoap@xyz.com, to use with a service provided by Example, Inc the issuer:
otpauth://totp/Example:joesoap@xyz.com?secret=JBSWY3DPEHPK3PXP&issuer=Example

the label is a required field when generating the QR code as you can see here

if you just want the text as per your example then you can call getQRText which also requires a label

Hi guys - I just realised I was being extremely dumb when reading your replies to my initial question :-)

I didn't pick up that you were really telling me the "label" param when calling the getQRCodeImageAsDataUri method was not the same as the "issuer" value passed when instantiating the TwoFactorAuth class.

Now I understand this, I have the answer to my question.
