Support for Windows platform

Amazing library !

Would be great if it could be available also on Windows platform !

It seems that the core dependencies (glfw, flatbuffer) mentioned in [1] are available also on Windows via "vcpkg" (or "nuget"), see [2] and [3]

Unfortunately, I do no have access to a Windows computer to test the builds/wheels.
However, I am very open to contribution if you want to give it a shot :)
