Optimize rank 35 settings on barnacle

Now that we are going with 35 - need to optimize other settings. - eg Currently genes are in too many components (highly ranked) thus need to decrease gene lambda value etc. There should be a module in barnacle, “Factor Match Score”, that automatically does this.

This was part of my attempts at selecting ideal rank, but there's a package incompatibility in barnacle that's preventing use of the factor match score.
