Assess resazurin activity in USDA families - (May W1 trial)

Take 9 families from yellow tanks (green bags)
For each family run two plates.
Resazurin with FW.
One set of plates on bench top (similar to last trial)
One set of plates at 36C

36C can run for 3-4 hours. FW will be multiple days.
