The goal of this PR is to enable the app to forward audio between Dialogflow and Rocket.Chat. This PR is built on top of PR #33 and PR #35, so please consider this as the main PR and kindly ignore those 2.
Working:-
If the user sends an audio message, then the bot will reply back as an audio.
