Bug: 'Download' button is not aligned with the filename

Description:

The "Download" action button present in audio and video messages is not aligned with the filename, causing it to appear inconsistent with the UI.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in
2. Send an audio or video message
3. Observe that the "Download" button is positioned to the right of the filename.
