As an EmbeddedChat developer,
I need to:

• Add tooltips to the avatar icon, username, and timestamp, similar to Rocket.Chat.
• Tooltips should provide relevant details (e.g., exact time on timestamp, full name on username).

So That:

• Users can quickly access additional information by hovering over these elements.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Tooltips appear when hovering over avatar, username, and timestamp.
2. Tooltip content is relevant and context-specific.
3. Behavior matches Rocket.Chat's tooltip functionality.
