Bug : File Gallery lacks hover effect.

Description:

The File Gallery within the application lacks a hover effect similar to that of Rocket.Chat.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to options
2. Click on files
3. Hover effect is not present

Expected behavior:

When a user hovers over a file in the File Gallery, the file item should visually respond (e.g., change in background color, shadow effect) to indicate that it is interactive.

Actual behavior:

No visual feedback is provided when hovering over files in the File Gallery , Users do not receive any indication that the file items are interactive.
