[NEW] Home Demo Layout, Localized string resources

1. Adds new unsigned Home layout.
2. Links both old and new Home layouts through Demo Mode.
3. Removes rooms from being passed as stats from backend.
4. Changes Home strings to localized string resources.

Please:

1. move the three animated circles buttons up before the purple "join to explore" button - perhaps make them smaller -- these 3 must show up in the default initial 1 page view together with purple button, without need to scroll.

2. get rid of the "Get more done Together" text/title

3. add Users Guide URL link and Release Notes URL link Right above the Search box
