This not a bug. It is a support issue. Usually support@rocket.chat will help you but they won't respond immediately - paying clients will come first.

@rrakso can you try to register using your email in all lower case?

(It is possible that in one particular validation pipeline for reuse a case might have mistakenly seen as a distinction between the provided email and an existing account with that email)
